• Carts, conveyors, countertops, sinks, cyclones, chutes, bins, hoppers, tanks, ducts and special use equipment

NFCF-built Dry Process Material Handling equipment includes:

• Screw conveyors, bucket elevators, belt conveyors, pneumatic conveying systems, receivers and dust collectors.

NFCF- built safety items provided to OSHA standards include:

• Machine guards, access platforms, catwalks, handrails, and stairs

NFCF forming, fabrication and assembly processes include:

• CNC forming and punching
• Welding:
  • MIG (gas metal arc)
  • TIG (gas tungsten arc)
  • STICK (shield metal arc)
• Grinding and polishing:
  • no.3 to no.7 polish (mirror); interiors and/or exteriors as required, including 3A Dairy
• CNC plasma cutting to 3/4" thickness
• Inspection/Testing

Inventoried materials include:

• 304 and 316 stainless, hot and cold rolled, galvanized galvaneal steel as well as AR and other less common steels alloys, Corten and aluminum
• Thickness ranges from 26 gauge to 1/4"plate
